1. Technical Support Engineer (PaaS Developer)
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (PaaS Developer) with a strong customer focus to resolve complex cases within the Azure infrastructure. In this role, you'll collaborate with customers to troubleshoot software issues, continuously improve processes with your team, and deliver exceptional service. You will apply technical knowledge in programming (Java, C, HTML, JSON) and cloud technologies to diagnose and resolve problems, while providing technical guidance across teams. This position is hybrid after 120 days and is based at Millenium Plaza.

2. Tech Support Engineer (DevOps)
We are seeking a Tech Support Engineer (DevOps) to address complex technical issues within the Azure ecosystem. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, basic back-end programming (Python, Angular, .NET), and CI/CD methodologies. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions and thoroughly documenting all support cases.

Tech Support Engineer (Virtualization)
We are seeking a Tech Support Engineer (Virtualization) with a strong customer focus to resolve complex cases related to virtualization and cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with customers to troubleshoot software issues, leveraging your knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), hardware, and virtualization technologies. You will be part of a collaborative team, providing technical guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and detailed documentation.
